Meet our Trainers

Dr Mahesh Parikh and Vd. Amee Mahesh Parikh are our esteemed trainers who will be giving us guidance on physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health.

Dr. Mahesh Parikh will be giving us guidance on mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health. He holds a Master's Degree in Psychological Medicine and a Doctorate in Philosophy from Mumbai University. He is an experienced Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist, having practiced at clinics in Mumbai, Valsad, and Killa-Pardi. Furthermore, he is a faculty member for courses on Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, and Stress Management. He was a Reader at K.E.M. Hospital in Mumbai until 1987 and has given several Public Talks at Schools, Colleges, Hospitals, Social Service Organizations, Lion's Clubs, Rotary Clubs, and more. He has also conducted Stress Management workshops at various institutes, including many Multinational companies.

Vd. Amee Mahesh Parikh, on the other hand, will impart knowledge on physical health. She is an alumnus of the Jamnagar Ayurveda University, her field of specialisation being Kaumaarbhrutya (female and child-related diseases). Starting practice in Ahmedabad immediately after finishing her studies, she has had a successful career spanning more than 28 years. She currently practices in Mumbai, Valsad and Killa Pardi. Alongside providing medical treatment, she has also been interested in research and has published her researches on various topics.
